Today’s on-site meeting with the CSE was the last meeting prior to the CSE’s final report-out of the DME Timely Issuance Project in Sacramento. The presentation was reviewed for practice and feedback. Meanwhile, I was assigned new tasks to add to the Lean project folder including finding articles and resources regarding existing research for methods of measuring the Critical X’s of the Control Plan during the Improvement Phase. Also started was a new spreadsheet collecting data regarding Same-Day Non-Formulary DMEs for 2018.
