For the first Seminar meeting this year, we were introduced to our new residency placement advisor and discussed upcoming EBP/capstone drafts, assignments, and presentation dates. Our capstone advisor provided feedback to our projects to be implemented into our next draft. I also presented my industry article on the HIMSS 2019 Leadership and Workforce Survey for 2019 which identifies trends and provides insight on current priorities and workforce experiences in the industry.
