This week, work continued in analyzing the DME reconciliation spreadsheet for over 3,000+ inmates. Almost every inmate has a DME order listed as either Non-Formulary or “Other”, requiring reconciliation. This is further proof that the workflow needs an improved, streamlined system – or the removal of the DME/receipt process as a whole.
