This week, work was focused on brainstorming ways in which work compiled throughout the residency could be organized into the capstone paper and project. While the presentation will encompass the entire Lean Six Sigma project currently in place at RJD, ideas were presented wherein we could perform additional analyses to showcase what we’ve learned.
