After finalizing our VA vs NVA table, we began creating our future process map proposal. Ultimately, we decided to base our critiques on what was truly valuable for the inmates and not the facility. With this in mind, we ended with only six VA steps to be included in our proposal. The table and process map were reviewed with the CSE and added to our paper.
