Following last week’s initial planning meeting, students were able to view the project charter and project tracker to understand the objectives, scope, potential benefits, and the current state of phase deliverable task completion. With access to the shared folders, our first order of business is to review and correct the 400 data points that make up the baseline, with 100 patient records corresponding to a DME order in each of the four delivery time frames (same day, five day, fourteen day and ninety day).
