This week I met with the CSE on-site at Donovan Correctional Facility to discuss my specific assignment in the project. Analyzing the 400 DME data points requires different team members to focus on one aspect of the Dashboard at a time. My assignment is to analyze same-day DME orders for the month of September - a total of 196 orders. I learned how to utilize the DME tracking tool, DME log, and Cerner to investigate reasons for non-compliant orders as well as verify if compliant orders were actually correct. A spreadsheet was created in our team’s shared folder for me to update my progress.
