This week was devoted to completing our individually assigned tasks. I continued updating my spreadsheet as I went through over 196 datapoints. The DME errors had numerous causalities. Though I was asked to focus on analyzing whether DME errors were due to PCPs entering orders after the IPs left the clinic, I found this to be a rare occurrence. In fact, many of the orders were placed by the PCPs in a timely manner. Even despite this, the DMEs somehow continue to be missed. My data, along with everyone else’s, will be submitted to the CSE for review.
